Fairing: Fairing of the towers where the weights are in ABS to improve the appearance and increase safety. ABS components provide rigidity, mechanical resistance, resistance to chemical attacks and stability at high temperatures as well as hardness, properties that are highly appreciated in applications in fitness equipment. It also offers toughness at any temperature, this is especially interesting for cold environments, in which other plastics become brittle.

The supports where the feet are placed are covered in polyamide polymer of great hardness, flexibility and great resistance to impacts and abrasion, it is also oscillating, removing the stress on the ankles.

Painting: The metal parts go through a degreasing and phosphating tunnel, then through an electrostatic paint booth and painted with polyester powder paint. It goes through an oven and passes its polymerization at 220º. Fulfilling protocol 14001 in environmental policy.
