• Oval tubular steel main frame. Cold bending. Calibrated. SAE 1008.
• Safety: machines manufactured under UNE-EN 957.1 to 957.10 standards.
• 6 chrome-plated tubes for disc storage (28 mm).
• 6 supports for the storage of 28 mm bars.
• Wrap-around end caps that provide user safety and floor protection.
• Painting: the metal parts go through a degreasing and phosphating tunnel. They are then taken to an electrostatic paint booth and painted with polyester powder coating. Finally, they are placed in a furnace for polymerization at 220 degrees. We comply with the ISO 14001 protocol in environmental policy.
