The food we eat plays a vital role in how we look and feel. The exercise we do regularly is important but according to research, nutrition has the greatest impact on our physical condition. The use of food as our medicine has become a topic for improving health.
The trend now is to focus on eating healthy foods as the main fitness goal. When healthy eating habits become a lifestyle, we are healthier and happier. Eating well allows us to reduce body fat, lose a few pounds, feel more confident and reduce our risk of disease.
Chronic studies indicate that eating healthy foods is the most important part of our fitness programs. Some doctors are teaching healthy eating habits as a way to improve overall health by reducing obesity and related diseases.
